I sent an email to Nancy at the management company when I put up this post on Wednesday morning. She replied that she was already aware and help was on the way! I also appreciate the responsiveness and action! She indicated that the new vendor is an improvement on ProServe...I agree. Howard

Not sure who coordinated the repairs...a board member or Nancy...but thanks for getting it done quick! My hot shower this am felt great!
