FOUND DOG IN PARKING LOT.

FOUND DOG IN PARKING LOT.
The dog is very nice and loving. It's gray. I tried calling the number on the tag and the number from what animal control said is dead. I don't want animal control to take it because it seems in shock enough as it is. It's in really good hands, but I want to try and find the owner myself for the next few days rather than send it to the shelter where they just put him in a cage. I will post flyers around the area, but just wanted to post it on here to see if anyone knows of anyone missing a dog. Please contact 714-255-9361 if you have any questions or know anything. Thanks!

Thank you for rescuing this animal. No doubt someone's precious pet. I pray that you will find the owner. I will look for the flyers to see if I recognize the dog. If I do not I will contact you to see if you need help with anything. Dog food or help posting flyers. Kelly

I found the owner on Sunday. He was out of town and his brother was watching it. So, his mom came and picked him up. I saw a picture of him on craigslist. Thanks. That's the good news. Bad news is I saw a dead gray cat next to unit 73, I trying to get it picked up...It looks like a dog or some animal got to it, but I can't look...Deanna #71

Sadly, the cat was ours, thank you to Becky for letting my wife know. We're not sure how our cat was killed, did anyone hear anything? It would have been around 3:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. last night. I'm assuming it was either another cat or maybe a dog, but a little late for a dog to be out, and probably not a coyote since it wasn't eaten. - Greg #86

Your right that is good news that you found the owner. Sorry to hear about the cat. I just went to take a look around unit 73 and I do not see anything. If I missed it please let me know and I will have it taken care of. Kelly

It may have been a coyote. They wander over from Craig park from time to time. One actually came after my dog a few years back.

We actually just saw a coyote in the parking lot. It could have gotten the cat but, then a person came and scared it away before it had a chance to eat it.#71
