This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom was foreclosed on recently and appeared on Realtor.com just recently.

Does anyone know what is happening with the garage doors? I keep seeing some with the top part bent inwards. Is somebody breaking into them? I know I am a renter but could someone please let me know what is going on!
that's what happens when you put a slide bolt lock on the garage, and then accidentally hit your garage door opener w/o realizing it. The garage door opener pulls in the middle of the door causing it to cave in at the top.
well, i think the reason people are putting in slide bolt locks is because garage break ins have been a problem at parkridge. I definately dont keep anything of value in my garage, and lock my car even when its in the garage.
The support of the garage is very bad so if you leave anything in the way they bend. I broke mine last week at night but got it fixed the next morning for 170. Needless to say I got a letter from the association after I had fixed it, to fix it. It wasn't even damaged for more than 24 hrs.
