COYOTE SIGHTING!!
For all those with small animals, on 8/2 between 12:30 and 1 a.m. I spotted a coyote between units 39 and 65. I was letting my dogs out and the coyote just came trotting up the walkway. Fortunately, coyote wasn't too big and spotted me before the dogs. I walked towards him and he ran off towards parking lot.
SO if you're out after dark, you might want to keep something with you to chase him off.

This is good news. Many of us are tired of the residents who let their cat roam free in the complex and fill our gardens with feces. Coyote sightings mean these cats will soon be eliminated.
