Does Anyone Know of a Condo for Rent in Parkridge?

To The person who pointed at noticing animosity toward renters.
I believe that so many of the owners in Parkridge are first time owners (or at least borrowers) and may enjoy differentiating them self's from renters. It's my understanding that half of the complex rents.
That and there are a few renters here that give a bad name to the rest of the tenants. No names named, but they're the kind of people up all hours of the night w/ strange visitors coming and going from their units, or hanging out in the alley smoking pot, shooting paintball guns, and shooting off fireworks at 3 a.m.

I am interested in buying a 1-2 bedroom condo in this complex. Does anyone know of any? or anyone interested in selling?
