No Hot Water in 3000 Building May 24 2011?
Does anyone know why there is no hot water in the 3000 building today (May 24th 2011)and if it is being worked on already? I've called and emailed the management company but no reply yet. Thanks, Howard

With and answer to my own question (anyone else wondering) the boiler went out and it is being repaired now.
Hi, I'm new to the neighborhood, and when I moved in the patio light cover was broken. Does anyone have the specs so that I can try and replace it?
