No Parking

I hate to say this again, but...There are people parking their work trucks here again. I came home tonight at 8:30 and there are two work trucks that are too big to be parking here taking up 3 spaces. Now I have to park on the street and risk a ticket so these people can park their work trucks and personal cars here. Doesn't seem fair to me.

I for one agree. Why are people parking their work trucks here? I thought this is a private community.
Everyone knows the parking is out of control after 9pm, including the HOA, yet they don't do a thing to fix it. How about (1) visitor parking pass per condo and all others are towed? I cannot tell you how many times I have seen caravans of college students follow each other inside the gate and take up numerous parking spots. Why is this so difficult to fix? Issue parking spots or turn that abandoned eye sore of a tennis court into more parking spots. Signed, Anonymous & Annoyed
I also have to agree. I have gone out to pick up something to eat and come back to no open spaces. I park on the street and low and behold a love ticket from the city of Fullerton. I have to agree with the original poster. I think it is time the association does something about people parking here especially work vehicles. Yet as seen in the past nothing has been done. It sucks that we rent and our voice will not be heard!
All sound with great ideas, my opinion is JOIN the "HOA" and problem will be solved.

As you can probably guess we are renters. So, as the association is concerned we have no voice.
I have been a renter here at Parkridge, an owner and a landlord so I have seen life here from the different angles and most is more similar than different. Since the association is the home OWNERS Association by definition it does not include renters. As a customer to whoever you write you rent check to you sure do have a voice. Let your land lord know what issues you face.

What is it going to take for you people to stop letting people follow you in the front gate? You know who you are---you turn a blind eye when there is a car parked, waiting to follow you in the gate. Well, this morning a neighbor came out to find their car window had been smashed and their stereo was ripped off from the console. A few weeks back, an elderly resident had her condo broken into (window screen cut, jewelry taken) while she was at church on a Sunday morning! Both of these crimes occurred within plain view of the front gate. So again I ask, what is it going to take for you to stop letting people drive in behind you at the front gate, YOUR car or condo getting broken into?? This used to be a nice place to live but it is quickly turning into a disgusting ghetto.
