Water Emergency Tonight 12/19/06
There is information tonight at the Pro Serve 800 304-7473 number. Pete at Pro Serve reports that they are on premises and addressing an emergency flood with a main. They are also waiting for Edison to arrive to move some electrical.
As usual, Julie from Diversified responded to my email sent last night seeking information about the hot water. At 2:00 pm yesterday two phone calls, (within five minutes of each other) were placed to DRPM indicating that there was a leak coming from under the sidewalk around units 96,97 area. A plumber was phoned immediately and they were arriving on-site at 5:00 pm. The plumber reported to Julie that they were able to speak with on or more of the board members and they were able to resolve. There was no posting of water shut offs at the mail boxes because of the emergency state of the initial call.
thanks for getting the word out about the water leak and julie leaving. when i saw water flowing out of the neighborhood tuesday night the first thing i did was pull up the blog and see what was going on. three cheers to you for creating a helpful information source!
