another person who paid too much for so little. This place needs to lower their association or fix the water issues now. I am so tired of paying association dues to a place that cannot gives us hot water. From what I am being told it sounds like a law suit is coming very soon to get this BIG issue fixed without raising our association dues!
To the person who put up that first comment, may I laugh now?! There is no possible way that this issue can be fixed without raising our dues or at least getting a big special assessment. Where would the money come from? And to whoever sues the association for this issue, you are a BIG MORON!
