How Much is Parkridge Rent in 2012?
How much are people paying for 1 and 2 bedroom rents at Parkridge currently? I've been shopping around the neighborhood and see that 2 bedroom/2 bath down the street at Las Palmas is $1,800 to $1,900.

thAs of now I am currently paying 1375.00 for a 2 bed and bath. Yet we have no garage on assigned parking stall.
I paid 1650 on 2b/2bath/1 garage..move in Dec 2012
