As useful vendors (like the replacement window company Todd recommended) appear, I will plan to add them to the "Important Number/Contact Information" post. I will also plan to add the "communication form" here and monthly board meeting minutes.
FYI, the plummer listed is only avail Monday - Friday. If you have an emergency on the weekend he will not return your calls or pages. You are better off calling an outside or calling Julie G.
